I just want to know how that lot is managing breaking into other broadcasts, and request that if you're going to do so you avoid overlapping any broadcasts about The Prides. Or Dragontamer Academy. There was a two-parter last week and you will make me my adorable children cry if they don't get to hear the conclusion. |

[McKinnons]Mars, just putting it out there again that if there's anything you need us to take care of, just say the word.
And I know it's nothing that any of us want to think about right now, but there's still the matter of Marlene being followed, and Lucy seeing that guy in the shop. We know there are people out there who are not fans of our family. Some of them are pretty dangerous. I'm not going to let Nothing is going to happen to any of us, but if any trouble in the meantime can be avoided, it'll be best. I know we all like our privacy and we make it hell on each other to get that, but if any of us are heading out to do anything, especially alone or if it's in a shady area or there are creeps involved, just give everyone else a heads up so that we can keep tabs. Or run in as back-up. I've never side-alonged a dragon before but if one of you are in trouble and need me to do it, just say the word.
And Irv, when you're feeling up to having proper birthday times, we'll make that happen too.

Well, Florean, you've outdone yourself. You found a flavour that made Evie betray cherry cheesecake. It's been demanded by both of the girls that Raspberry Chocolate Truffle remain on the menu for the rest of time.
Lu kept looking in Ollivander's while we were out and about in Diagon, though, and keeps trying to guess what sort of wand she'll end up with. I don't want to think about it though, frankly. I am not ready for her to be thinking about heading off to Hogwarts yet.
[McKinnons]I think I'm paranoid after that shit with Greyback when Evie got hold of my journal. Lucy made some comment like "hey, that guy's at this store, too!" when we were in the bookstore, which was the fourth or fifth place we'd been too that she said she'd seen him. All she could remember was that his hair was "somewhere between russet and sepia" and that it "wasn't that rude pointy healer," since she knows what Charlemung looks like. I dunno. It was probably just someone else doing their shopping, but when I looked after she pointed the bloke off, they took off.
Also you are all invited to a tea/pizza party that Lucy is throwing for The Captain's birthday. She also says it is medieval dress. Arthur is already in costume:

I'm pretty sure that Lu is never going to take her Lady of the Feast crown off. I'd probably be concerned if I wasn't so damn proud. You could practically see visions of swimming a pool filled with gold in the woman's eyes when I went to get the zillion rolls of photos developed.
Might need to stop over at my favourite establishment for a bit. I hope everyone is fucking working on the correct floor tod Tried grilling some burgers for lunch over dragon flame a bit ago; didn't go quite as successfully as I would've hoped. Next time though!
We do have a bunch of well done patties over here, though, if anybody's hungry. |

It's kind of a bummer that there's so much harshing on a charity event that's for Hogwarts. It's for the school, it's not like it's for that Foundation For Brainwashing Purists That Think For Themselves bullshit.
I dunno. My kids are excited about it, and that's enough for me to be okay with it. Some things are dumb, but they're for kids, so you have to let it slide some. Plus carnivals are cool. There's going to be rides. Everyone loves rides. Hopefully there will also be corndogs.
[Arthur]Mate. Lucy demands that you enter Bill in that contest thing so they can be Lord and Lady together.
